Kickoff and template setup
A 30-minute call with the clinical team. We map your existing report template into the workspace and set up DICOM routing from your equipment. No paid seat, no card on file.
Your first signed PDF
You upload a real case. The platform drafts. Your veterinarian reviews, edits, and signs. You download the PDF with your clinic's letterhead. The trial has met its job by Day 2.
Volume checkpoint
Most clinics have run 5 to 20 cases by this point. We review what slowed you down, what your veterinarian wanted to change in the template, and whether the modality coverage is what you expected.
Decide
Continue on a paid plan, extend the trial, or close it. If you continue, payment details are captured here, not at signup. If you close, we delete your trial workspace within 7 days.
