Notes recorder

Capture clinical insights right after a study by speaking or typing, without creating the full case right away. Record directly from the microphone in the mobile app or use the web form, add the patient name, and the note stays as "unassigned". When you are ready, use it to create a case with prefilled data or link it to an open case.

More precise AI Assistant

In X-rays, the AI clearly separates patient history from current findings, alerts you if notes are too generic, and orders diagnoses anatomically to match the findings. In ultrasound, description-to-conclusion correlation has been optimized so key alterations like gallbladder sludge or enlarged adrenals are not missed. Anatomical precision and measurements are enhanced for renal Doppler, ileum, hernias, and duodenal papilla, and total thyroid volume estimation is now included.

Faster image loading and stable reordering

Image loading speeds are boosted and cross-device synchronization is improved. You can reorder images with drag-and-drop while keeping the exact sequence, and delete all images from a case in one click if you need a fresh start.

Editing in the new interface

Findings are organized in clear visual blocks, with undo and redo buttons and an improved "show changes" tool.

New all-in-one workspace

Patient details and the AI Assistant now sit in the same view, so creating a report takes fewer steps. Moving back and forth to make changes no longer means jumping between pages. The Cases panel lets you choose which columns to show.

New ultrasound templates

"Other" is available for fully custom reports written from scratch. "Musculoskeletal" covers superficial planes, soft tissue injuries, tendons, ligaments, and joint spaces.

More precise AI and diagnostics

New X-ray prediction models improve analysis quality. Echocardiography now covers diastolic and systolic dysfunction and signs of pulmonary congestion, with species-specific references: weight normalization for dogs, and tables for cats and Maine Coons. Templates with tables show the parameter, the patient value, and the reference range in the final report.

Editing and PDF export

Text tools moved to the right panel. Completed reports can still be edited for 12 hours. You can download the PDF without closing the case.

Clinical history and study notes

Clinical history is optional context: background, current symptoms, and results from other tests. diagnoVET uses it only to judge whether a change is recent or chronic. Study notes go into the final report. Observations are treated as findings. A presumptive diagnosis is reported, confirmed when the images support it, and stated as unconfirmed when they do not. You can also ask diagnoVET to justify a study limitation or to suggest anesthetic risk from the cardiac study.

Ultrasound and echocardiography models

Ultrasound models transcribe measurements with more anatomical precision and describe complex findings more clearly. Gestational age is now calculated from the average of the measurements taken. Echocardiography interprets LA/Ao, normalized LVIDd, E/A waves, mitral E velocity, TAPSE, MAPSE, APD, EPSS, mitral regurgitation, and TDI, then classifies detected disease with the ACVIM scheme.

Measurements on the image

Measure directly on the image. Annotations and edits can be saved as a separate copy, leaving the original photo unchanged.

Links from the report to the image

Click a numbered reference in the report and the platform opens the matching image.

DICOM sync and video

Direct equipment sync now accepts cineloops. You can also upload MP4 video, watch it in the platform, and capture stills to label, measure, and include in the report.

Templates and report format

Duplicate a template to make a variant in seconds, then pick the one that fits the study. Rich text in the report format can include images, for example a clinic header or footer.

Patient forms that fill themselves

Upload your study images and diagnoVET will automatically suggest patient information to pre-fill the intake form. For X-ray studies, it also detects the request type. Less typing, fewer transcription errors, faster case creation.

A more guided, error-proof patient intake

The intake form has been reorganized and tightened so it's harder to enter something wrong. Fields appear in a more logical order, breeds are filtered by species, and minor typos in breed names are corrected automatically. Age and weight fields now include helper text. The Guardian field is now optional.

More accurate cardiac findings

The echocardiogram model now applies additional coherence rules, including Cornell Index and right pulmonary artery distensibility, producing more clinically precise outputs. Gallbladder distension assessment has also been corrected after cases where it was returning inaccurate evaluations.

Dictate notes the way you speak

Saying "punto" while recording now inserts a period and starts a new sentence. Dictation flows more naturally without needing to edit punctuation after the fact.

A smoother day-to-day experience

The application header now spans full width for a cleaner layout. Memory usage has been improved when working with multiple report tabs open simultaneously. Terminology has been unified across the platform, including consistent use of "Owner" and "Guardian."

Echocardiogram module

You can now process cardiac ultrasound studies directly in diagnoVET. The echocardiogram module generates structured AI reports based on established cardiology guidelines, with findings and recommendations presented in the language your clinic uses. Reports are correctly identified as echocardiographic studies across previews, PDFs, and the report customization panel. Clinic administrators can enable or disable the module from the admin panel.

Duplicate a case for a different study type

You can now copy an existing patient case and change the study type, so you don't need to re-enter patient information when running multiple types of studies on the same patient.

Password recovery

Users can now reset their password directly from the login screen, without needing to contact support.

A dashboard that actually loads fast

The dashboard no longer tries to load every report at once on open. Reports now load page by page, with filters for study type, status, and text search to help you find what you need quickly. The result is a faster, more responsive experience even as your case history grows.

Fewer interruptions while uploading images

The generate report button is now disabled while images are still uploading, preventing incomplete submissions. Images deleted from the gallery are immediately removed from the analysis, so the AI only works with what you actually want it to see.

Consistent language across X-ray and ultrasound

Reports, recommendations, and interface labels now consistently appear in the language your clinic is configured to use. Previous issues where Spanish text appeared in English-language clinics, or where AI completions failed in English, have been resolved. X-ray templates are now fully available in English.

Cleaner X-ray observations

The AI no longer generates multiple observations that say effectively the same thing. Similar findings are now grouped, producing more focused and readable radiography reports.

Permissions that make sense in practice

If a user's access is limited to specific study types, the dashboard now reflects that clearly. Actions like continuing, deleting, or copying reports are shown with context-appropriate behavior based on what that user is actually allowed to do.

More context while analyzing cases

Patient information is now always visible during analysis, making it easier to stay oriented and reducing the risk of context errors when reviewing studies. Navigation within the analysis view is smoother and clearer across both ultrasound and radiography workflows.

Clearer, more supportive diagnostic insights

When relevant findings are present, reports now include clinical recommendations to support next steps, while always deferring to professional medical judgment. When key patient information is missing, the system provides reasonable contextual support to avoid incomplete or misleading outputs. Improved handling of free fluid findings ensures reports use precise, clinically appropriate language without over-concluding.

Stronger safeguards against reporting errors

If elements are selected during radiographic analysis but not included in the report description, the system now warns you before exiting. This helps prevent accidental omissions. Findings better reflect what was actually observed, reducing silent inconsistencies between images and reports.

A more resilient image workflow

Image uploads are now connection-resilient. Images remain visible and safe even if the network is unstable. Uploads and reordering happen in the background with a clear “syncing” indicator, so your work is never blocked. This significantly reduces the risk of losing images due to timeouts or connectivity issues.

A smoother onboarding experience

During onboarding, validation feedback is now specific and field-level, making it immediately clear what needs to be corrected and reducing frustration during setup.

Ultrasound report content has been thoroughly reviewed and refined in both English and Spanish to improve clarity, correctness, and clinical consistency. Improved wording and structure help make findings easier to read, interpret, and communicate to colleagues or clients. Corrections across species and sex terminology ensure reports reflect the patient accurately.

Clearer link between images and findings

Improved alignment between what is observed in images and what appears in the report. Findings now better reflect what was actually visualized during the study, reducing assumptions and over-reporting.

Explicit handling of non-evaluated organs

Organs that were not visualized during the study are now clearly identified as “Not evaluated.” This prevents non-assessed organs from being implicitly reported as normal, increasing diagnostic transparency and clinical safety.
